The 21^st Century Green Partnership was co-founded by the City of Chino Hills and a citizens group known as “Citizens for Alternate Routing of Electricity” (CARE).  Individuals, groups, and agencies within the Partnership are committed to working together to ensure the development of renewable energy while preserving the environment, and protecting the quality of life for Californians.
